Never heard of him? Neither had I until the folks at Loopmasters enlightened me: 'Trev created a name for his self by writing and producing songs for several top Bloggers. What a voice he has. Nice, gentle, melodic AND AND AND you can understand every word he sings, none of those 'what was that?' moments often blighting a lot of today's vox packs.

Nope, Trev delivers the goods right enough and gives you delightfully easy to use hooks in the keys of Bb, D, F, G, Ab and F# and the tempo ranges from 100 to 125bpm.

However, the loops are of of such quality that you can easily timestretch up or down without loss.

You get lead loops plus backing loops. If you do not want to add any reverb or anything to the lead loops then use the backing versions because they are ace indeed. 

Another great addition to this library is that you get a folder of the music loops used in the demo as well. A brilliant touch indeed and means for example you can pick a bassline then build your own stuff around it or just go with the flow and use the whole shebang. As always, the choice is entirely up to you.

Here we go yet again with another jam-packed pack with a massive 2.6gigs of instant funk pleasure.

If you are sensible and have already volumes one and two from Frontline in your library then this is deffo the icing on the cake.

Loopmasters tell us that the Frontline production team recorded this pack using ace session musicians, so yet again you know you are in good hands.
I've said 'jam-packed..true...with 231 electric guitar loops, 205 live drum loops, 177 electric bass loops, 171 amped electric bass loops, 136 electric piano loops, 94 saxophone loops, 45 trombone loops and 35 trumpet loops. There are also 1094 Rex2 files.

WHAT?? Shedloads......

Everything is key and tempo labelled to make life easier and the keys range from Bb to Gm with lots in between to choose from. The loops roll along from 80bpm way up to 130bpm so plenty of scope for laid back or fast tracks, whichever you desire.

This is funk at it's very best with ace guitar licks and riffs, electrc piano, trumpets, sax and trombone, drums and, always my fave - superb live electric bass.

Hard to believe that we are still in the early stages of 2020 yet this pack is definitely already a genuine contender for a 'Top pack of 2020' award - it's that good.

The only trouble is, once you've tasted the delights on offer hear you almost feel like ringing up Producer Loops and demanding the other two volumes in their usual set of three are released NOW!! 
Hahaha, that will never happen of course so we'll all just have to be patient.

All key and tempo labelled, you get TWELVE folders giving you bass, drum construction kits, drums, guitar, one-shots, organ, percussion, presets, risers, SFX, synths and vox.

The male vox - verse and chorus - are a very welcome bonus indeed but once you use them up don't forget there are literally hundreds of other vox packs available from the PL website that you can buy to expand your work.

The SFX are a nice touch too simply because they are excellent synth FX, not just a collection of crashes and bangs.

The drums are very good too and you get the choice of 'Treated drums 1 & 2' or 'Untreated drums' and if you have plenty of time on your hands then build your own drum track with the drum construction kit folder where you get all the hats, kicks and snares you'll ever need.

As always with PL, everything is key and tempo labelled so there is absolutely no guesswork involved.

Everything rolls along nicely at 110bpm and the keys range from A#m to Gm so you get plenty to play with.

Click on a kit folder and it opens to give you two sub-folders - Loops and MIDI.
The loops folder give you arps, bass, pads, chords, guitar and synths - and come in wet and dry versions for you to choose from.

A great bonus is that every folder also gives you the full mix version of the track so you can easily discover what kit can easily mix with another to create that 'special something!'

As always, every sound is ace but I must make special mention of the basslines and synths - superbly tuneful and instantly usable.
